
The Challenge A brand-new dispensary needed to stand out in LA's crowded cannabis market and turn first-time visitors into regulars with no existing brand recognition.
The Approach Build a full identity around the store's NFT concept: a Bored Ape character, handwritten logo, and a playful banana-and-jungle world applied across every touchpoint.
The Outcome A cohesive brand system spanning logo, packaging, signage, menus, merch, and motion. Now live in the physical store on W 8th St, Los Angeles.

Category boards and detailed menus sized for in-store TV screens. Each category gets its own custom-drawn typography so the menus feel designed, not templated.
Signage & Exterior




Exterior signage, banners, and parking markers using a cartoon-grid system in the brand's yellow and green, designed to read clearly from the street and pull in walk-ins.
Neonsign design




A neon interpretation of the Ape line-art, turning the digital NFT into a physical, photo-friendly moment inside the store.
Package design
Child-resistant 3.5g mylar packaging built on a jungle concept: light-green background, banana trees, and the Ape framed front-and-center. Fully CA-compliant with required warnings.
